Lesson 14, June 26th
Hello! Today we will revise some concepts. Are you ready? Let's go!
Let's start with verbs in the past. Complete the columns and then the text with the correct form of the verbs.
and work on activity number 3 :)
Verbs can be regular or irregular, but what does this mean?
Regular verbs are those who follow a "rule" when they are in the past that is verb+ed = verb in the past
For example: listen+ed: listened / play+ed:played
Irregular verbs do not follow any rule. They can
change one letter: make - made
be completely different: go - went / be - was/were
change the spelling but keep a similar pronunciation: run - ran
change the pronunciation but not the spelling: read - read
not change at all: cost - cost / put - put
