How can we ask questions about this? Starting with 

When was the last time that...

Then we add the rest changing the person if we need to do that.

For example: 

When was the last time that you took an exam?

After asking and answering you can compare your information with your classmate and decide

Who was the last person to...

Who was the last person to take an exam? (Pay attention to the verbs in the infinitive)
