 Hello! Welcome to a new unit! What do you do to have a healthy life and fight stress? All of us try and do things to take care of ourselves, from using our favourite blanket to sleep on a cold night or make some delicious coffee in the morning. 

Let's start talking about sleep hygiene. 





What is sleep hygiene? It is connected to our sleeping habits, environment and routine. A good sleep hygiene allows you to sleep well.
